Step 1: Material Verification
Each steel coil comes with a certificate of conformity issued by the steel mill and provided by a certified supplier. Our laboratory randomly selects samples from each batch of steel for tensile strength testing.
Step 2: In-Process Inspection
Our QC team load-tests sample beams at 120% of rated capacity. Powder Coating thickness is measured at 60-80 microns using digital gauges to ensure long-term corrosion resistance.
Step 3: Pre-Shipment Audit
Before containers are sealed, we verify beam lengths within ±2mm tolerance and check upright verticality at 1mm per meter maximum deviation. Surface defects larger than 5mm trigger batch rework.
