After the heavy shelf is put into use, its maintenance must not be ignored. Proper maintenance, heavy shelf in the use of stability and safety is stronger, its service life is longer. Three key points in the use of heavy shelf：

1. Before the goods are put on the shelf, the maximum safe bearing capacity on the drawings or technical parameters of the shelf supplier must be referred to;

2. Guide the operator to use the relevant lifting, transportation and equipment correctly. Attention: the damage caused by impact will seriously reduce the safety of the shelf

3. Regular inspection shall be carried out regularly: a) whether the beam is operated and used correctly; b) whether the load is carried within the allowable safety limit; c) whether there is any accident causing damage or displacement of the structural components; d) ensure the connection and positioning of the safety buckle of the beam

5 don't use heavy shelf:

1. Don't be top heavy, put heavier goods on the bottom of the shelf and light goods on the upper shelf;

2. Do not exceed the height and width of the shelf: the height and width of the shelf have been limited, and the size of the card board and goods should be slightly less than the net space of 100 mm;

3. Don't let the shelf be hit: the forklift should be handled gently and hit the shelf carefully;

4. Don't overload: the weight of each layer of goods should not exceed the maximum capacity of the shelf design;

5.Do not use non-standard floor board (card board) on the shelf.
